Star of East River Complex Vanke Project, which is a mixed-use residential and commercial development project located in Wanjiang District, within the new city centre of Dongguan in which a number of financial institutions are located and an international business zone will be developed. The design intention of this project is to create a starry urban complex including terrace, walkway, and a series of entertainment and leisure activity spaces, encouraging neighborhood communication and uplifting their living quality. With lush plantings sprawling among the buildings, the design applies tonal-united paving materials and concise lines, integrating all the clusters as an entirety.
