The Architecture and Design of Wenzhou Kean University is located in University Road, Ouhai District, Wenzhou. The project cost is 103 million, the construction land area is 28,757 square meters, and the construction area is 15,992 square meters.
Located in the main landmark building at the main entrance of the university, the college is committed to building a first-class teaching building in Wenzhou City and even Zhejiang Province.
The project was designed by Moore Ruble Yudell Architects, Tongji Architectural Design and Research Institute and SWA Landscape Architects.
