The Daimler Group’s Chinese headquarter, located in Beijing, is composed of three towering office buildings. Daimler is a leader in innovative ideas and cutting-edge technology, therefore, the visual identity and interior design of the new office space of the Beijing headquarter is representative of a spirit of change and leads the trend of contemporary avant-garde office spaces.
The open work area is in typical German style, simple and elegant, and each piece of furniture reflects Daimler's brand image and philosophy. Unique wood grain tabletops, clean frame design, and a unique attention to details. All traces of wirings are hidden so that one can not see a trace of exposed lines, making the space look technological and harmonic at the same time.
Inspired by Daimler's "Mercedes-Benz classic front face design", the overall design layout replaces the stiff corner lines with a large number of arcs. This project combines a multi-purpose, innovative space experience while maximizing space performance. A sort of people-oriented design is employed in order to accommodate a broad diversity of employees, enhance employee enthusiasm, improve efficiency and performance, and promote a healthy and balanced lifestyle.
